Incorporated in 1978, Collier Appraisers has been providing real estate appraisals and consultation to the "Metro-East" segment of the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis area for 30 years.  Our professional staff consists of 3 full-time Appraisers, 1 office manager, 1 employee that is responsible for processing new appraisal orders, 1 sales data research specialist, 1 sales/rental photographer, and 4 support staff employees.
